
Congratulations to THS freshman Morgan Evans, who competed at the Frozen Iron USAPL hosted at McKendree this past weekend. Morgan took first place in all three categories: bench, deadlift, and squat. Her bench press beat the state record! Way to go, Morgan! 💪🥇

Due to the forecasted freezing rain and ice and the potential for hazardous roads tomorrow morning, Triad CUSD #2 will conduct an e-Learning Day on Monday, January 22, 2024. Determinations regarding afternoon and evening extracurricular activities will be made by late morning tomorrow, and students participating in these activities will receive additional information from their respective school or coach regarding the status of events. Students and families should read the “Inclement Weather Update - January 2024” news article posted on the district and all school websites for additional information regarding e-Learning for each grade level band.

Triad's FBLA had a very successful and productive day at the McKendree Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Southwestern Area Conference. All 21 Triad competitors became eligible for state competition with their impressive performances on role plays, tests, & presentations!

The Triad district had the pleasure of recognizing its longest-reigning employee. Ted Cange started as a teacher and coach at Triad High School in 1974. Over 50 years, Mr. Cange has filled many roles in the Triad District. Superintendent, Dr. Henderson, acknowledged him today.





The THS teachers surprised our custodial and maintenance staff with a holiday lunch today! We are grateful and appreciate all the work they do to maintain our exemplary learning environment at THS.
