We learned in the fall that Elliot was a slected as a "semifinalist" for the National Merit Scholarship Program. The exciting news this week is that she has moved on to become a FINALIST! Congratulations, Ellliot Jaeger!

Karen Speer's essay earned her the "Good Citizen" recognition for the Silver Creek Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She will be recognized and read her essay at their chapter meeting in May!

What an exciting day for Madeline York and her family. SEMO reps came to Triad to surprise Maddie with a giant check, swag bag, balloons, and yard signs! Maddie is one of only five recipients to receive SEMO's most prestigious award, the President's Scholarship, worth $43,000!

This is a reminder that this Wednesday, February 8th, will be a School Improvement Day for the Triad district. Elementary students will be released at 11:45 AM, middle school students at 10:30 AM, and high school students at 10:45 AM.
