Triad CUSD #2 Kindergarten Enrollment Open House 2024-2025
Who: Children who are age 5 on our before September 1, 2024
What: Residency Check & Birth Certificate Turn In for students entering Kindergarten in 2024-2025
When: Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Where: All elementary buildings (Henning, Marine, St. Jacob, Silver Creek).
Please enroll at the building where your student will attend.
In order to enroll your child in kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year, you must provide the following: Proof of Residency, Driver's License, as well as a Certified Birth Certificate.
In addition to enrollment, incoming students are required to be screened as a part of a pilot program for Kindergarten placement. The goal of Kindergarten screening is to start the process of relationship building with families and to determine the social and academic skills of incoming kindergartners for class placement. Pre-K students who currently attend Triad’s Pre-K program will not be screened as Triad staff already have screened these students. Signups for the screening process at Henning, Silver Creek, and Marine will take place during Kindergarten Enrollment Open House on March 21.
The dates for Kindergarten screening are as follows:
CA Henning - May 7, May 8 (during the school day)
Silver Creek - May 13, May 15 (during the school day)
Marine - May 10 (during the school day)
St. Jacob - March 21 (during evening enrollment)
Proof of Residency requires FOUR total documents:
Category I (One Document Required)
Mortgage Papers (Homeowners)
Current Lease (with last month receipt)
Property Tax Statement
Letter from Mobile Home Park Manager
Letter of Residence from Landlord
Category II (Three Documents Required)
Driver's License
Vehicle Registration
Current Voter Registration with issue date
Most Recent Gas, Electric, or Water Bill
Most Recent Cable, Internet, or Landline Phone Bill
Home/Rental Insurance Policy with receipt
Current MAJOR Credit Card Bill (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover)
Required Forms To Fill Out and Turn In At Open House
*Medical/immunization documentation must also be turned in prior to September 15, 2024
