Enrollment & registration are very important events for students, parents and staff at Triad Schools. Each year the district uses registration enrollments as a key source of information to make decisions about staffing, programs and providing families with up-to-date information and schedules prior to the start of the new school year. Triad will continue to utilize an online method for enrollment and registration for new and returning students using Skyward for the 2023-2024 school year. Registration will begin in April and conclude May 31, 2023 for existing families with returning students.

We have designed an online informational presentation and enrollment in the hope that these parents take a moment to complete the enrollment information so that we can make plans for their attendance in 2023-2024.

Parents/Guardians of new students that do not currently have any other children enrolled in Triad are encouraged to contact your school’s secretary for access to our New Student Online Enrollment Form.
New students of pre-existing Triad district families can access the New Student Online Enrollment Forms by opening a new portal in Family Access by logging into Family Access and clicking the dropdown arrow next to the house icon and choosing “New Student Enrollment”.
Returning student registration will appear as a tile under each student to register in Family Access. The online system supports multiple devices and platforms but entering and reviewing online forms is best viewed using a desktop or laptop computer using the Chrome web browser. One thing to note, however, is that you cannot complete the online registration using the Skyward mobile app.
Many of the familiar Family Registration processes and forms have been incorporated into our online system. Information required to enroll include basic student demographic data, certified birth certificate, parent contact information, proof of residency documents, documentation of medical issues, acknowledgment of participation in state and federal programs, and grant permission for district board policies. Parents/guardians are encouraged to complete the online registration process as early as possible as we make preparations for the 2023-2024 school year. Over the course of the next few months, expect to receive electronic reminders (emails, text messages and automated voice calls) from the district to complete the registration process for new and returning students.
